Join host Alaina Webster as she welcomes CTS Associate Editors Dr. Mohamed Shahin and Dr. Qi Liu to discuss the types of submissions they’d most like to see as well as why submitting to a special collection could be a great visibility booster for your paper! Call for Papers: Real-World Evidence and Real-World Data

Join Editor-in-Chief Dr. John Wagner and Associate Editor Dr. Paulien Ravenstijn as they discuss the FIRST EVER Call for Papers from Clinical and Translational Science (CTS). This special collection focusing on Real-World Evidence and Real-World Data, which will be a rolling collection, will initially publish in the second half of 2023, and the CTS editorial team will be considering submissions for the issue through early September of 2023. This Call was developed around the ASCPT 2023 Annual Meeting Pre-Conference “Advancing the Utilization of Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE) in Clinical Pharmacology and Translational Research,” so if you have questions about the suitability of the topic for inclusion in the issue, please feel free to contact Paulien or pre-conference co-Chairs Dr. Karen Rowland Yeo and Dr. Jing Liu.

Stefanie, an Associate Editor for CPT: Pharmacometrics & Systems Pharmacology details her first steps upon receiving a review, how much a reviewer’s opinion influences her decision on a manuscript, and how she decides is reviewers are needed for a revised manuscript.
