He and host Alaina Webster discuss the need for better cross-discipline alignment among statistics, clinical pharmacology, pharmacometrics, QSP, and regulatory science; areas of interest including model-informed drug development, innovative trial designs, real-world evidence and causal inference, AI/ML and hybrid models, federated learning, advanced therapeutics, and plausible mechanism pathways and new approach methodologies (NAMs).
